Today we'll look at temporal effects included with After Effects to create extreme slow motion on our videos.
We will create fluid slow motion to 5% of the original speed, on videos with modest frame rates (25, 50 or 60 fps).
We'll obtain a slow motion effect similar to the one we could obtain using Twixtor , without it!
- Learning the various ways to achieve slow motion in After Effects
- Using the temporal extension, and image interpolations
- Using the time remapping, and keyframes management
- Using the Time Warp effect for results close to those of Twixtor, with increased control on the frame interpolation
Hi :) I haven't watched this tutorial yet but will it work with 30 fps at 1920 X 1080 ???
Yes it should ;)
Hi Matt i see the link is not ok anymore ?
Just registered to see this, but it's not working. Very unprofessional ...
It's working fine for us on several computers and OS/Browsers.
What browser are you using ? You need to have an updated version of the flash player to see the tutorial.
How can it be unprofessional when you're the only one who can't see it? Check your Flash version, test it in few other browsers, try few other options before calling super professional people unprofessional.
@Matt - you are such a talented person, it's incredible. Thank you for all your hard work and these super helpful tutorials.
Thank you...this is one of the better tutorials I've seen on slo-mo work. I really enjoy your site and just realized you have a subscription option...I will look into that.
Best regards,
Don
