Today we'll look at temporal effects included with After Effects to create extreme slow motion on our videos.
We will create fluid slow motion to 5% of the original speed, on videos with modest frame rates (25, 50 or 60 fps).

We'll obtain a slow motion effect similar to the one we could obtain using Twixtor , without it!

  • Learning the various ways to achieve slow motion in After Effects
  • Using the temporal extension, and image interpolations
  • Using the time remapping, and keyframes management
  • Using the Time Warp effect for results close to those of Twixtor, with increased control on the frame interpolation
