New Visual Identity for Five by DixonBaxi

Well, when DixonBaxi was tasked with redesigning the visual identity of five, they didn’t hold back. Some of the biggest studios and artists were chosen to create the channel’s new branding: Buck, Partizan, Cassiano Prado, Aardman Animations, Chris Cairns, Flynn and Rokkit, Mate Steinforth, and more.

The result is a new vision for the channel — younger, more creative, and more colorful:

I find the idea of having multiple studios and creatives work on the same identity really interesting. It brings out different worlds and adds variety to the overall creative direction.

Working on the redesign of a visual identity for a TV channel — starting from scratch and reinventing everything — is something I’d truly love to do once in my life :). If you’re into TV branding, I recommend taking a look at View’s website, which has also been redesigned and now features new work. Definitely worth a visit!
