This tutorial will focus on three of my favorite After Effects themes: experimentation, typography, and Trapcode Form .

We'll see how to recreate from any text an original and fun look, imitating ... In fact, I have no idea what it imitates: Bubblegum, Candy, tissue, cell-shading .. or a mix of all that! One thing is, we shall have some fun!

We will see how to combine dozens of native effects in After Effects just to get this unusual and surprising look, 100% software generated.

  • Establishment of a system of particles with Trapcode Form
  • Animation of a dynamic transition between our text consisting of particles
  • Creating a magic effect layer, transforming our standard particles in "dough"
  • Color correction and finalization of our scene by adding texture
