This tutorial will focus on three of my favorite After Effects themes: experimentation, typography, and Trapcode Form .
We'll see how to recreate from any text an original and fun look, imitating ... In fact, I have no idea what it imitates: Bubblegum, Candy, tissue, cell-shading .. or a mix of all that! One thing is, we shall have some fun!
We will see how to combine dozens of native effects in After Effects just to get this unusual and surprising look, 100% software generated.
- Establishment of a system of particles with Trapcode Form
- Animation of a dynamic transition between our text consisting of particles
- Creating a magic effect layer, transforming our standard particles in "dough"
- Color correction and finalization of our scene by adding texture
Is it possible to add some kind of bouncy-ness to the particles, that they somewhat bounce into each other and then they stick =) ?
Also is there a way to change the incoming and outgoing transition on a text thats on the same layer? Eg i got Hello Out, and i want to fade in There just bellow the Hello Out. Ive done it now only with the controls of the text layer but is there a way to control how Form will interact with only There and not the rest? Hope you can understand =)
Little bit spam, sorry for that =/ Is it possible to change the text layer to display a image instead that the particles form around?
Cheers!
good!!
